Ella Ma was admitted in Hong Kong in 1999. She finished her traineeship in Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson and thereafter, also worked as an Assistant Solicitor there. Ella joined So Keung Yip & Sin in 2000 as an Associate in the Commercial and Corporate Finance Practice Group. She is experienced in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters including public offerings, listed company related transactions, sale and purchase of shares, repurchase of shares, joint ventures, employment contracts, loan transactions, business acquisitions, corporate restructuring, intellectual property due diligence, private placement of securities, agency agreements, advertising agreements, etc.
