Johnson Lam received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2002 and obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2003. Johnson was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in September 2005.
Johnson primarily assists in intellectual property matters. His areas of practice include the registration of trade marks, domain names, designs and patent; trade mark opposition, revocation, restoration and rectification proceedings; handling domain name disputes; enforcement actions relating to anti-counterfeiting and custom actions; assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights.
Johnson also has a special dimension in China matters. He completed a Master of Laws (China Laws) co-hosted by the City University of Hong Kong and the Remin University of China.
Johnson also assists in general litigation matters.
