Lolita Wong joined our firm as trainee solicitor in 2000 and admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Hong Kong in 2002. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 1999 and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 2000.
Lolita's area of practice include corporate finance and general commercial work such as initial public offerings, rights issue, sale and purchase of shares and joint venture.
